Conveniently located property near the main square and lively party streets. Helpful staff that's responsive to questions. Clean and bright double rooms with provided towels. Nice breakfast and early morning arrival was well taken care of. Recommended for a pleasant stay in the area.

it's good home base for sightseeing and exploring cuzco. got twin room as expected, appreciated it. only 15 min walk to downtown.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean, bright, and had a towel provided. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the main square. The staff were friendly and took care of us when we arrived early in the morning, providing blankets and offering breakfast. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this hotel in Cusco! the staff at Apart Hotel El Puma were kind and genuine, even though their English skills were limited. We appreciated their helpfulness throughout our stay. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from Plaza de Armas. We loved being able to explore the area and found some great restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was excellent. We also enjoyed meeting other backpackers and making new friends during our time here. when we wanted a break from eating out, we were able to cook simple meals in our room. a wonderful experience!

I recently stayed at a conveniently located hotel in Cusco for a few days. Apart Hotel El Puma was just a short walk from the main square and close to the lively party streets. The view from the hotel of Plaza de Armas was absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and always responsive to any questions we had. Despite some of the staff not speaking English, they were kind and genuine. The hotel also provided a great opportunity to meet fellow backpackers and make new friends. Additionally, being able to cook simple meals in the hotel was a nice change from restaurant food.
Totally recommend this hotel.

They also have a basic kitchen that guests can use to cook their own meals, along with a refrigerator to store food and drinks. the location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk away from the main plaza. This makes it convenient for exploring the city and accessing restaurants and shops.
The hot showers can be a bit tricky to figure out, with a mixture of hot and cold water. Some rooms may also have noise issues, especially on weekends, as the hotel is close to clubs and discos.
